●About custom-made products
JewelryDIANA rings and necklaces are handmade by artisans at our affiliated workshops (made-to-order products), so please check the estimated delivery time on the product page or in your cart.
Due to system limitations, it is possible to specify a delivery date in the cart, but this will be invalid.
For other products, delivery dates can be specified.
If not set, we will deliver as soon as possible.
We cannot accept cancellations or changes to custom-made products after your order has been completed.
When placing an order, please be sure to check the size, color, etc.
Regarding sending emails
At MEGAMI PROJECT, we will normally send an [Order Acceptance Notification] email (or a contact email if there is a problem with your order) from our customer-only address [megamiproject_jewelry@jewelrydiana.com] within the next business day of your order (orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be sent the following Monday, and orders placed on a public holiday will be sent the following business day).
If we are unable to contact you using the address designated for our customers, we will not be able to properly send you emails not only to notify you of your order acceptance, but also to notify you of the shipment of your ordered items.
If you have not received a reply from us within the above period, it is possible that our message has been identified as spam. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check your email settings to ensure that you can receive emails from megamiproject_jewelry@jewelrydiana.com.
Also, as we are unable to check your email settings, if you do not receive an email, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us at [megamiproject_jewelry@jewelrydiana.com] using an email address that can receive emails (we will reply on the next business day if you send an email after 5pm).
Please note that newsletters and automatically sent e-mails when you place an order may be blocked by customers due to different sending systems. Please check your reception settings once again.

Returns and exchanges

●If the product you receive is dirty or damaged, please contact us by email.
Please return the unopened and unused item to us within 5 days of receiving the item, cash on delivery. We will exchange it for a new item.
Please note that if the replacement product is sold out, we will provide a refund.
Please note that we may not be able to accept exchanges or returns after 6 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Regarding refunds for returned items, we will transfer the product price to your specified bank account.
We will cover the transfer fee.
If there is a price difference in the case of an exchange, we will contact you by email.
○Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience In the case of returns due to customer convenience, please contact us by email after receiving the product and return it within 5 days only if the product is unopened and unused.
Please note that we may not be able to accept exchanges or returns after 6 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- In the event of a return due to customer convenience, the refund amount will be the product price minus the cost paid by our store, and will be transferred to the specified bank account.

・The delivery company used for returns will be Japan Post (Yu-Pack) or Yamato Transport.
(Please note that we cannot accept cash on delivery or regular mail if it is at your convenience.)
○Items not eligible for exchange *We cannot accept exchanges for reasons other than size or color due to customer reasons (due to differences in the product image).
*Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for any products that have been delivered more than 6 days ago, products that have been used or show signs of being used, products that have been dry-cleaned or washed, products that have smells of perfume, air freshener, cigarettes or other substances, products that have been personalized with the customer, custom-made products, products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer, or products where the tags or labels have been cut off.

Product Warranty

○ Regarding warranty, repair and adjustment Products with a warranty are guaranteed within the warranty period.
We cannot guarantee against damage or dead batteries that may occur during customer use.
Please note that shipping costs for repairs within the warranty period will be borne by the customer.
* Even if the product is within the warranty period, battery replacement and cases a to f will be charged.

○ Regarding watch strap size adjustments * We offer watch strap size adjustments at a special price, so although it may be inconvenient, we ask that you adjust the size yourself.
You can also have the watch adjusted at a watch shop for around 500 yen.
We offer this at a price that will satisfy you, even with these costs.
○About the color of the product: We take great care to ensure that the colors appear as close as possible to the actual product, but please note that the brightness and color may vary slightly depending on your monitor.
Regarding posting product reviews: Once you receive the product, please be sure to post a review about the product and rate the store.
We will use the messages you post as a reference for future store operations.
All our store staff are looking forward to seeing you.
However, posting with the intentional purpose of disrupting business, etc. is also illegal under the law.
In the unlikely event that such a malicious post is made, we may take legal action or file a police report, and although it is unwilling, we may take legal action.

About products not covered by warranty

● Regarding metal allergies: In the unlikely event that any problems arise due to metal allergies to watches, accessories, etc., our store cannot take any responsibility, so please be aware of this before making your purchase.
Metal allergies vary from person to person, depending on which metals cause allergies.
You can have an allergy test conducted at a nearby hospital with a dermatology department to find out which metals are causing your allergy.
After that, choose a product that does not contain the metal that is causing the problem.

MEGAMI PROJECT rings are crafted using the most advanced technology in the jewelry industry.
*When purchasing, we recommend that you measure the size of the finger you will be wearing the ring on beforehand using a ring gauge or similar.
*Although this varies from person to person, if your finger is swollen due to the time of day you take the measurement or your physical condition, the size may fluctuate by about 0.5 sizes.
Please determine your ring size based on the condition of your finger.
Also, wider designs may feel a bit cramped, so we recommend choosing a size slightly larger (1 to 2 sizes).
