We will notify you by "Shipping Notification Email" when your order is shipped.
Regarding long-term absence or refusal to accept cash on delivery * The storage period for cash on delivery items is approximately one week from the shipping date.
If you are not at home, please contact the shipping company immediately using the parcel inquiry number provided at the time of shipment to request redelivery.
If the storage period has expired, the product will be returned to our store.
Please note that if you wish to have the item resent, a re-shipping fee will be charged.
*Regarding our response to nuisance behavior: If you cause nuisance or damage to our store or a bona fide third party through malicious orders such as "prank orders," "impersonation orders," "unknown location," or "refusal to accept," we will file a police report and take legal action.

Mail delivery costs 298 yen nationwide, and shipping is free if the total product price including tax (excluding optional product prices and gift wrapping fees) is 2,000 yen or more.

Delivery by courier costs 980 yen.
*However, if the total product price including tax (excluding optional product prices and gift wrapping fees) is 11,000 yen or more, shipping will be free even if you choose delivery service.

*During the event, the offer will be subject to applicable conditions.
*Customers ordering from Hokkaido or Okinawa will be charged an additional relay fee of 490 yen.
*Customers ordering from remote islands will be charged actual cost.
*If an item requires additional shipping charges, the additional shipping charges listed on each product page will be required.

Regarding delivery time

If you pay by bank transfer or carrier payment, we will generally ship your order within 7 days of confirming your payment.
・If you use credit card payment, cash on delivery (Sagawa Express e-Collect, Yamato Transport Takkyubin Collect, Japan Post Collect Service), convenience store payment, or Pay-easy, we will generally ship your order within 7 days after receiving approval from the payment company.
-For custom-made (handmade) products, it usually takes around 10 business days for delivery after payment is completed.
Please note that it may take a few more days if there are consecutive holidays such as public holidays.
・For products that are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially ultra sale items), we maintain a certain amount of stock at our store, but we are constantly receiving shipments from overseas manufacturer factories at our logistics center to replenish our stock.
We apologize for the wait, but please note that we will ship products in the order that customers place their orders.
In addition, the delivery date may vary depending on the logistics situation from the overseas manufacturer's factory to our store.
As a guideline, it usually takes around 2 weeks for delivery.
Please note that it may take a few more days if there are consecutive holidays such as public holidays.

・If you purchase two or more items, all items in your cart will be shipped together once they are all in stock.
● Regarding inventory sharing among our stores We pay close attention to inventory management, but since inventory is shared among our stores, there may be rare cases where we sell out in excess. Please note this in advance.
If we find out that you have sold your item, we will contact you by email.
● Regarding the cooling off period The cooling off period is a system that applies to door-to-door sales, etc., but there is no obligation to apply it to mail order sales.
Since our store is a mail order business where customers can make their own decisions and understand and confirm the details of their purchase, the cooling-off period does not apply.

Regarding delivery to overseas destinations

We also welcome orders from overseas. Separate shipping fees will apply, so please contact us for more information.
